I could only choose 3 but all 5 can be checked. I needed support beams on 2 existing awnings to pass a home inspection. He came right away and did a beautiful job. We passed the inspection perfectly. Now he will be starting a couple of larger renovations to our home.

I am a retired General Contractor / Construction manager, having built hundreds of custom homes, Hotels, Restaurants, Big Box buildings, etc. We are undertaking a complete remodel of a two story home along with a new 3 car garage on top of a CMU shop building. I wanted to build a room addition on my house in Chino Valley I did my research and I hired Giovanni with road runner renovations because I called him out to my place to discuss my project and show him what I wanted and not only was he very professional he was polite he let me explain what I wanted he knew what he was talking about he walked me thru the whole prosses detail by detail and I liked that because I could just picture already what the extra room would look like he gave us a fair price well within reason over all I am happy with him all around trust worthy person I recommend him to my inlaws who needed a bathroom remodel they had nothing but great things to say if you have a project I recommend him with out hesitation thank you road runner renovations love you guys
