FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system in line. It varies a little based on location and the complexity of the job. No job is exactly the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process that works best for me is communicating with the client to get an idea of the work they are looking to have completed. I like to schedule a walk-through so I can see exactly what needs to be done, the material needed to complete the job, and I like to find out how motivated my client is on when they would like to start. I will write up a detailed breakdown of my pricing and I will give it to my client on the spot. I will also forward my pricing to my client for future reference. I will go over the details of what is and is not included so we are both on the same page so there are no surprises throughout the job. When my client is ready to move forward and get started I will collect an initial deposit to cover the initial costs then I would collect the remaining balance upon the completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job training and I have been trained by skilled professionals in a wide variety of professions.
