Gourmet tacos! They don’t disappoint! Catered large gathering (more than 60), pulled it off on time, on budget and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! Lots to offer besides Mexican. Upscale food truck! No mess, drives away after your party. I’ll never use anyone else! Thanks Jeni and crew! You’re awesome!

I like the whole package Jeni provided, so I had to check all of the boxes. The quality of her recipes/dishes she created was top notch! And for the price? You can't beat it! The presentation of her meals was like a high end restaurant. Delicious for the eyes, as well as the palette!

We offer Military and First Responders a 5% Discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Meeting is to go over menu options. At Tuxson Tacos catering we build a menu specific to each individual and make sure to cover any special requests. We will always offer a pleminary tasting session to make sure there are no hiccup's on that special day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Chef Jeni Pennington has been a home based chef for over 15 years.
