Michael has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We met in person initially and he was happy that we provided a lot of direction regarding what we did, and didn't, want for our logo. His turnaround was very quick and he came up with a lot for us to chose from...I was very impressed. He was very receptive to the (minimal) changes that we wanted to make and we are now in the final decision process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With each project being different it usually depends on the job and the scope of the work. I like to get all the details before I quote a project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well my first thing I like to do is to meet up and discuss what the client is looking for and what direction they would like to go. If it is not possible to meet up then a phone call to discuss the direction of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Multi Media field for over 19 years and I have my Associates Degree in Visual Communication and 1 year of College towards my Bachelors. I am also Marine Corps Veteran and Small Business Owner.
