Scheduled a pendant lighting installation. After Jacob arrived and removed the pendant from box, I realized how small it was for the space and didnt want to put it up. Jacob want frustrated at all and understood that I no longer wanted it installed. He was very understanding and professional. I will be using his services going forward.

Installed a bladeless ceiling fan and worked around the loft bed it was above. Took time to dust the old fan before removing to keep the bed clean. Was quick to reply, great communication throughout the process, professional, and the fan is exactly what I wanted! Would definitely recommend him and will be using him again.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Jacob to complete numerous repairs throughout our house. Our main goal was to find someone I could trust, as I’m a young new female homeowner, and Jacob did not disappoint. He was able to complete a variety of repairs, including electrical work such as 20+ foot chandelier installs, outlets, baseboards, smart lock and ring doorbell, etc. He dedicated countless hours and was extremely meticulous and thoughtful. His prices are also very fare, which goes a long way for these types of projects. We will definitely be using him again for future repairs. Thank you, Jacob!!!
