Introduction: I have over 20 years of experience as an award-winning restaurant owner, chef, baker and instructor. After an outstanding career, I am now enjoying being a personal chef and a culinary instructor. I am available for catered events from 2 to 2000. I am a member of a lot of professional organizations and I am constantly reading, investigation and learning to stay up on this ever developing filed
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in education, but always enjoyed cooking. I catered a wedding for a friend, then started a bakery open on the weekends- caught the bug and opened a series of restaurants.
