Introduction: Individualized attention and communication. The relatively small size of my property management company allows me to provide the attention to detail and the communication level my clients expect. I've been doing property management for almost 15 years and prior to running my own company, I worked for a larger management company. I learned there that having "too many cooks in the kitchen" causes a property manager to be reactive as opposed to being proactive. I am now able to be proactive by handling almost all aspects of the management of homes on my own. I enjoy helping my clients with their investment properties and I enjoy helping tenant find a home that they can live in and treat as their own.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are $75 monthly to manage the home. We also charge a lease fee of half of one month's full rent when we place a tenant.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona with close to 15 years of experience managing homes. My focus in real estate is, and always has been, property management. Property management is what I do. I also have my bachelor's degree in business management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a large real estate/property management firm managing their maintenance department before deciding to get licensed to become a property manager for them. I quickly worked my way up and became the Vice President of PM for the company, managing the entire property management division. I left the company if 2007 as the real estate market started to fall apart. I had an new business opportunity presented to me that I took advantage of, but I quickly realized that I missed property management, so I started a small company from scratch.
