What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing of $50 is for our standard service that is above and beyond the industry standard. We are open to negotiations based on your businesses needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start all new customers off with a quick 15 to 30 minute call to learn more about your business. The next steps are to set up a 1 hour (or more if needed) consultation meeting where we can take a deep dive into your books. Once we all agree on the scope of work, we jump into action to help you and your business focus on revenue generating task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the WP Carey School of Business. Platinum Tier for QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program - benefits: premium phone and chat supports for QuickBooks product specialists, QuickBooks training materials for clients.
Numerous other QB training certifications.
