- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 per hour with no travel fee inside a 20 mile radius from my home. Outside the 20 mile radius, I charge $1 per mile, up to a 50 mile radius. If the time booked runs over, I charge by 15 minute increments. If I am allowed to have a tip jar, my hourly cost drops to $49 per hour. I have a 2 hour minimum unless you come to me. I offer a $20 discount for your second booking, if you post a review on this site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know the child's name, so I can use it often while I am painting whatever it is they were wanting. I feel this is important. I will describe to them what I am doing, and how close wevare to being done. I have a mirror for them to see themselves upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get requests to paint something I have never painted before regularly. If I can find something similar to what they are wanting online, I can create it for them.
