Before I met Jeff, I had a previous law firm handle my trademark case and my previous firm made really big mistakes and took forever (~1+ year). I was still left with a trademark issue.After meeting and hiring Jeff, my trademark case was completely resolved in ~1 month, and he even helped me settle with my previous law firm to get some of my money back from them.Jeff's communication style is as it should be- sometimes he may only be free for 30 seconds on the phone, but he does answer. He's very responsive on email as well. His legal approach is very intelligent. He's one of the few lawyers that just gets the job done.Jeff re-instated my faith in the legal system.
