Before I met Jeff, I had a previous law firm handle my trademark case and my previous firm made really big mistakes and took forever (~1+ year). I was still left with a trademark issue.After meeting and hiring Jeff, my trademark case was completely resolved in ~1 month, and he even helped me settle with my previous law firm to get some of my money back from them.Jeff's communication style is as it should be- sometimes he may only be free for 30 seconds on the phone, but he does answer.
