Jean with Lotus Electric was a savior! I tried installing new smoke detectors myself and accidentally ended up shorting my system. After I initially hired someone else from Thumbtack, the job was made worse and thank goodness Lotus was still able to come check it out, fix it, explain to me where I went wrong, how to avoid this in the future, and completely get me back up and running! If I could give 100 stars I would. Seriously. I know who I’ll call for the future if I needed electrical work. THANK YOU!!

Jean and his team came out to fix a few issues. First my bathroom never had an exhaust fan to vent the steam from showering so over the years my ceiling started to show signs of yellow and brown spots. I decided it was time for a good exhaust vent so I found one on Amazon that was strong enough to vent yet quiet enough that it’s not annoying. Jean had advised me on what to get. It even had a dimmer light to charge the light settings. Well they installed it with no issues and vented it properly through the roof and then sealed it properly so I would not have any leaks. He said their workmanship is guaranteed for 3 years if there is a problem they would gladly come back! Loved that as not all contractors offer that. They also installed a hanging light pendant above my half kitchen peninsula. My chandelier in my dining room hung too long so they shortened the chain since it had caused problems for the taller people in the family. Awesome price point being the lowest quote I received by far for the work quality and workmanship guarantee!!! Will definitely hire again!!! Attaching some photos of their work.
