Personal Training: 3 sessions, $38/hr 10 sessions, $32/hr 20 sessions, $29/hr Nutrition Services: Our 14 day KickStart program ($34.95) and includes a kickoff phone call with a Sollus Coach to help personalize the plan to your lifestyle and answer your questions. - What types of customers have you worked with?
Many people want to drop the junk food and eat healthier but don't know where to start. Or they want to get back into exercise but don't know how to utilize their time to support their goals. We remove all the questions about food and fitness and customize an approach that fits into your lifestyle and objectives. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach to either, but an opportunity for you to share your interests, abilities and ambitions so that we can work together to get you there. Our clients either come to us for fitness training or want us to look at the whole picture, as they recognize the true equation to health and weight loss is a focus of 80% food and 20% fitness.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's all about the relationship. If you are asked to exercise in a way that is not comfortable or engaging to you, STOP! Exercise should be fun and it's not at all a one-way-for-all approach. And because exercise is only 20% of the health equation, it should never be a costly or lengthy requirement in your life. We love creating plans for clients to reduce the time they need with exercise all while boosting their results! There are also SO many gimmicks out there and pricey requirements (can you say $200 DVDs and smoothies?!) that usually add a level of distrust in the industry. Too often what seems to be too good to be true, is. But when you hire people who are looking to understand you, your lifestyle and your goals and provide a path that provides you empowerment and focus, you will recognize that success to them isn't putting money in the bank, it's helping someone take control of their life with tools that will give them results to last a lifetime.
