About
I have always enjoyed building homes the best because you start out with just a piece of land and end up with a custom home. The entire process of the different trades involved and the scheduling has always interested me. I love being able to pick out and make decisions on what the house will end up looking like. I have not had a bad one yet.

We spoke with several contractors and found that Scott was by far the most responsive. We liked that he had the most clearly written bid / contract and that he had a lot of experience with insurance claims. He and his crew completed two bathroom remodels, new flooring, new baseboards in about five weeks and for a reasonable price.

We had a water loss insurance claim that affected our whole house. Since our house was older we were upgrading alot of items and Scott did a great job of working with us to help us hone our vision for what we wanted to do in our house. He also found good alternatives to make sure we stayed within budget. He stayed on budget, was on time, and very friendly and professional. His work product is really good too (good with customized items) - we loved the new European shower he put in for us! He has done two jobs at our house now and built in a garage for our friends. Thanks Scott!

I had Scott Francis Construction add a patio cover addition on to our existing cover approx. 30ft. in length. Scott came out and got measurements, had a proposal in less than 72 hours that was very affordable. He was there when he said he would be, did exactly what I asked, and completed the project in less than a week! He had roofers and stucco guys that did a fantastic job as well! We did have a small issue but it was taken care of right away. I am very particular about things I have done and I would recommend Scott Francis Construction to anyone. Thanks Scott!

Extremely professional. Very reasonable quote and delivered exactly what was requested within the budget. Midstream project changes are also supported very well. Full city inspected construction.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have built over 30 custom homes in the valley over the years. I can build whatever the homeowner dreams of and make it a reality. We also can do remodels of any type. Whether it be a kitchen, bath or room addition. Any sort of work on the home we can do and do to your satisfaction. We also have an architect that can draw up any type of addition you like.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed a job in which we removed all the tile and carpet from the house and installed new floor tile throughout the house. We also remodelled both the hall bath and the master bath. The owner was so pleased with outcome.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework. Always trust your first instincts. If there is a chemistry between you and the contractor it will spell for a successful project more often than not. Make sure the job scope is clear and there is nothing left to be determined. Never pay for the job in full before the job is completed. Progress payments are always appreciated and needed on each project.
