Mr Nirenstein and his firm spent a year on my case battling an uncooperative petitioner and her attorney on a very unique child support case. Mr Nirensteins team walked me through an ordeal that could've been extremely ugly, knowing exactly what the other sides counsel was up to and advising me even before the other side had acted! It was like playing a chess game where they knew the opponents next 3 moves before he did! Their knowledge of Arizona law was immense, being a new Yorker myself impressed my NY counsel greatly. In the end it was like having A-rod on your company softball team. His firm walked me through a sticky issue with the utmost professionalism and personal attention. The outcome was extremely close to what his firm predicted and was much better then I expected all along. I got my money's worth and then some and also made a close friend that if in town would certainly stop to buy lunch for. Very impressive from start to finish, and was never more than an email or phone call away when needed.

Also handle prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and modifications of existing orders and order of protection cases.

Make sure you understand what the chances of prevailing on your specific issue are when you are discussing the retention of a divorce/family law firm and have the attorney conduct and explain the cost-benefit analysis to determine if proceeding with litigation is a smart economically efficient strategy.
