Also because I believe that motivation is intrinsic. Sure you can get motivated by a speaker for a few minutes, maybe even an hour, but what happens the next day? Nothing!! Most of what was heard is forgotten. If you are looking to make a change, you need to get out of your "comfort zone." It really shouldn't be called a "comfort zone" because no one is comfortable there, they have just become accustomed to the pain. And the pain that you know seems to be less than the pain you don't know. Let's call it the "familiar zone."
