Deborah was great: charming, personable and communicative. She came to our home (a big bonus to not have to go to her), notarized our documents, and left with the promise that if anything needed redoing (our docs were for another country an we were not sure of the exact requirements), she would happily do that as a matter of urgency.

Dealing with a death in the family is never easy, but Deborah made this process a much easier for me to deal with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 20 percent discount for all veterans and first responders. I charge $10 for each notary plus a trip charge which varies depending on distance. I do not charge extra fees for more than one signature at any hospital or care faculty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask up front what the client needs done and answer all questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Mortgage Broker in Arizona and California originating and signing service for every type of loan documents. I am registered with the National Notary Association plus the CA department of real estate along with state banking in Arizona and California.
