- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very affordable and super competitive. Seniors, first responders, active duty and veterans receive 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I arrive at their location, introduce myself, review the documents needing to be notarized, communicate clearly, verify identification for all signers, execute the notarization and record the transaction in my notarial journal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a USPS letter carrier and understand the importance of accuracy. I have taken advanced training with the National Notary Association.
