Jacob does a fantastic job keeping you accountable to your tasks but also provide constructive feedback to correct any missteps so you can continue pushing towards your goal. I started working with Jacob in April of 2024. I was arguably in the worst shape of my life at just 28 years old. I wanted to make a lifestyle change and be in the best shape possible for my wife and our now newborn son. Jacob designed a workout and nutrition plan that fit my goals. If there is a 10 star, I would give to Jacob and LMTLLS this guy takes it personal when you sit down with him and set goals. I started with Jacob in April 2025 as of today. I lost over 40 pounds not only that I lost over 20 pounds of fat and gain about 7 to 8 pounds of muscle he literally changed my life I highly highly recommend. Just stop by. Talk to him for 10 minutes if youre ready to change your life.
