- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer % commission of performance, as well as monthly retainer. We ask that our clients are willing to spend at least $2,000/mo on their paid advertising efforts when working with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple: Intro call, I will send you some brief strategy notes and a proposal, then we will on-board you, run through a more in-depth strategy with the team, and get you launched. We send an in-depth monthly report, and will jump on weekly calls outside of our daily communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner, and 3 of our marketing strategists worked directly for Facebook as social media analysts and were trained by their marketing experts in house. Outside of that, we take monthly courses, and constantly have our ear to the ground to ensure we are ahead of the game.
