Introduction
Hi! My name is Kimberly and I am the owner of Prana of Sedona. I am a 300 hour certified yoga teacher with specializations in prenatal and postnatal yoga, restorative and yin, kids yoga, and therapeutic meditation practices.
Prana is the sankrit word for “life force” and it is prana that I believe brings all eight limbs of yoga together. My goal is to make holistic therapies such as yoga and meditation accessible to everyone.
I personalize each and every one of my clients’ journeys with a series of individualized classes that are created by me for you. I will work with you so we can meet your yoga goals whether that is to deepen your meditation practice, deepen your asana practice, or even deepen your study into yogic philosophy.

Kimberly was so responsive when I was searching on FB for an outside yoga experience. She set up a view of the setting sun on the mountains in Sedona and the yoga experience was a great session for all levels. Highly recommend!
