The shelf was not aligned correctly and was loose on the left side and the rod was not put up. There was no caulking done. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix it correctly.

Still hoping to hear back and be able to remedy this issue. I paid $150 to have a mirror mounted. After he left I noticed it wasn’t centered. I’ve tried calling and texting to see when he can come back and correct his error to no avail. I would think hanging a mirror would be a relatively simple task for a “handyman”. Unfortunately I may have been scammed. I would avoid using this persons services. I will escalate the issue with thumbtack customer support.
