My AC suddenly stopped working and the company I used before, Efficient Air, didn't answer their phones. Thank God for Emanuel coming to the rescue. I loved the same day appointment he gave me. The estimate he provided over the phone was exactly the same I paid, so no surprises. He was very knowledgeable about my unit and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Easily one of the best experience with an hvac repair. Came out after another vendor claimed to have fixed the issue only to have water leak few days later. Quickly identified the issue and recommended and completed re-design of the pvc pipes to avoid issues in the future and easy maintenance

Id give 10 stars if it was an option!!! We were given ER Heating and Air Conditioning by our home warranty in the past have had some sketchy companies respond.
