- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Information Technology, which has equipped me with foundational and advanced technical skills. My training is complemented by over 20 years of experience in the IT field, including seven- years at Apple Inc. and additional roles at PayPal and GoDaddy.
