- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Still Memory Photography caters to many brides needs. We have low priced packages and higher priced packages according to what the brides needs are. Please go to our website for a detailed pricing page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what service the customer is interested in, we will usually meet with the customer before the shoot to get to know them. We like to know what our customers interests are and what they are looking for in a shoot. When it comes to weddings, we sit down with the bride and groom close to their wedding date and go over the timeline of their big day! That way, we have an idea of what is going to happen throughout the day and we can stay organized. We also ask what types of poses and "looks" they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Krysten has attended a four year college, Alfred University. She earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts and Photography degree. She has worked with various companies and photographers and has gained large amounts of knowledge from her past experiences.
