My daughter is 7 years old and learning English Riding. Linda really empowers her to be an independent rider that is responsible for her horse and her learning. My daughter counts the days until her next lesson.

Breana is awesome. She works really well with my niece and teaches exactly what we were asking for (and more!) I feel like my niece is getting the full experience of horsemanship and riding, and it's way more than we would have found through any of the busier company-run lessons. We contacted a lot of riding instructors and companies before finding Silver's Riding Lessons and none of them were willing to offer what we wanted my niece to learn. Breana listened to what we wanted and worked out a lesson plan that incorporates exactly what we talked about. On top of that, her technique incorporates learning to bond with the horse and communicate. It's exactly what we needed.

Tanya is an excellent instructor. She determines what the student knows about horses and riding and where the student can begin after working with the student for the first 1.5 hrs. Tanya can spot what the student is doing wrong and give the correcting instructions through demonstrations or descriptions. The students get tremendous value from the training which exceeds the cost of the lessons.

Yvonne is a delight to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and just what any beginner horse student needs. I can't recommend her enough. In one lesson, I learned so much from her and signed up to take lessons twice a week. She is so patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!

About

We train horses and people using Natural Horsemanship (horse whisper) methods. There are no problem horses, only opportunities for improvement. People with fear issues are our specialty. The relationship between the horse and rider is one of mutual trust and understanding, and we help both the horse and rider develop that synergy. Professional, understandable instruction, combined with experienced, well-trained and gentle horses, makes for a mutually fulfilling experience. We're developing enjoyable partnerships between horses and people. Give us a call; you will be glad you did!

Ella is so great!! She made me feel comfortable and empowered instantly. I had a bad experiance with a horse before and she helped me overcome my nerves with her humor and genuine love of all her animals, who does not love a chicken guarding turkey? Ella shared some great knowledge and is kind and funny!! The lesson right before mine was for a little girl about 8 and she was totally in tune with what she was doing both on horse back and after riding. I am looking forward to feeling half that together in the barn. You could tell that everyone Ella teaches gets more than just a riding lesson. She is worth way more than the charge, and I immediately set up my next lesson. I highly recommend Ella of corse Charlie (the horse) for lessons no matter what your age!

About

I would like to give you a brief description as below: I was born in an active family fully engaged in agriculture, animal husbandry, and livestock raising, drawn to horses and horse training, and with an experience which spans 60 years. When I was a child, I was drawn to horses and horse riding. My next attempt in sport happened to be horse jumping in various riding schools at professional level. I am a horse trainer, and I am instructing dressage and jumping in the present time. I can work with professional horses, and I can promote their level to the best. I can also teach the riding to beginners and teach them dressage and jumping, and I am able to prepare my students for races. I have enough experience for increasing and fostering the horses. I know about stable management, too.

About

Because lessons are private lessons, the focus is always on the individual student. Teaching the student how to have a balanced seat is crucial to having a balanced and safe ride. My students all do well in their riding ability and it is evident when one watches them ride. It is rewarding to see them progress from week to week in their horsemanship skills. As I have said, "the difference is in the ride." Plus, my students learn how to safely groom and saddle the horse, and lead the horse. Everything in their lesson is designed to help the student grow in their own personal development while also developing a close and loving relationship with the horse, and learning how to ride with balance at the walk, trot, and canter.

About

I teach Western riding, with a focus on understanding your horse and your relationship with him/her. I also provide instructions on care, diet, kinetics, training and troubleshooting issues with your animal. I am a licensed BSN in AZ and MI and I also work with disabled students and horses, providing an opening for the development of a mutually beneficial relationship between the horse and rider. In the course lessons, I am including some minor work about care maintenance and repair of tack and out buildings. I believe that providing students with a thorough understanding of their animal's psychological and physiological response to his environment and various stimuli in it gives them a solid ground that provides them with all they will need to continue happily working with their animal long after I'm gone.
