Hello West Valley Neighbors, I am your neighborhood Arizona Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent (NSA) Bonded | E&O insured. I have been working in the legal field since 2014, mainly, Estate Planning and serving the West Valley and Phoenix adjacent as a Notary Public since 2015. The need for having a mobile Notary Public after hours and at non-traditional locations other than an office has risen exponentially. Even more so since COVID began. I understand that people’s lives, schedules, location, health conditions and circumstances vary. I come to you after normal work hours and on weekends. I am not a lawyer or certified document preparer. I cannot interpret or inform you how to fill out your documents. As a Notary Public, I am an impartial party required by law, to the best of my ability, verify that the person(s) before me are in fact, the person(s) named in the document, be willing to sign and understand what they are signing. You must take an Oath, Acknowledgement or Affirmation and sign in my presence. What I need from you is: • To be physically present. • Have un-expired Government ID with your photo and physical description such as a State Driver’s License, State ID Card or Passport. • Documents must be complete, be unsigned, undated and contain no blanks of information other than the Notary Public, date, names/addresses of witnesses with their un-expired Government ID. Examples of documents that can be notarized include both personal and professional documents such as: • Property Deeds • Declaration • Affidavit • Living Will, Will, Trust, General Durable & Medical Power of Attorney • Contracts • Pre-marital Agreements • Divorce documents • Titles; Vehicle, Mobile Homes, • Bill of Sale I have served at locations such as: • Residence • Hospital • Assisted Living • Physical Rehabilitation Facility • Business • Prisons and Jails I am currently offering a discounted rate to clients requesting an afterhours/weekend appointment for a Power of Attorney. There are two types of "Power of Attorney"; Medical/HealthCare POA (MEDPOA) and General Durable POA (GDPOA) as it relates to financial matters for a total of $125 thru September 30th. You must provide your own forms and all information must be completed (no blanks) in advance with exception of the signer and Notary which is completed in my presence. **Professionals using Thumbtack (a "paid lead" generating service) to be matched with potential clients are required to pay a fee, up-front for your services requested.
