Hiring Juan should be an easy decision for anyone. He is really responsive, he will help guide you in making the right decisions, and he will show up and do an awesome job. I hired him to do a single room in my house. Unlike many other installers Juan was willing to spend the time removing baseboards carefully so they could be reused. He prepped the floor to be level, put down the vapor barrier. and installed the LVP had already purchased. I forgot to provide a transition strip, but Juan jad my back and quickly ran to Home Depot returning with a color matched strip. I plan to have Juan come back an install LVP in many other rooms which have old carpet.

Juan did a.great job on our powder room tile. Basically he did all in one day, including demolition, leveling of the foundation, laying tile with precise cuts. The grout was an hour the next day.

I've had 3-4 companies that insisted that I get my whole floor replaced because of a gap in my flooring. Juan was the only one who insisted coming by and what he found saved me hundreds of dollars. The issue was minor and my flooring needed to be shifted not replaced. He was professional and beyond reasonable. I always appreciate it when I find companies that value integrity and customer service rather than simply making a buck, Juan is one of the best!
