I hired him to do a single room in my house. Unlike many other installers Juan was willing to spend the time removing baseboards carefully so they could be reused. He prepped the floor to be level, put down the vapor barrier. and installed the LVP had already purchased. I forgot to provide a transition strip, but Juan jad my back and quickly ran to Home Depot returning with a color matched strip.
I plan to have Juan come back an install LVP in many other rooms which have old carpet.

We had Juan replace 2 broken porcelain floor tiles in our motorhome.
He carefully removed the broken tiles, removed the thin set and grout. He removed these tiles without making dust. He cleaned up the area. Then installed the new tiles, thin set and grout.
His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Juan.
