First off I called Done right Plumbing last minute. The front desk responded in less than 2 minutes. Then Jenny scheduled me in right away. Mike from Done right showed up on time (early) and knocked a hard full sink replacement out of the PARK. This guy was awesome and the sink and Kohler Faucet look amazing 🤩 overall 10 stars.. Mike came out and figured out the cause of our leaking sink after we have 2 other contractors who were unsuccessful in helping us solve our issue. Although the customer service was acceptable to get my business, once I agreed to use them for our laundry room leak, their professionalism was a bit lacking. The plumber was unprepared and had to go to Home Depot a couple of times to get the right parts. I felt like he didn't know what to do to repair the pipe going into the foundation, so he didn't do anything. He just dug the foundation around the pipe and put back the loose rock. He didn't redo the cement. Overall, he did a good job, however.
