My tenant was out of town so John was nice enough to give me an estimate based on the information I provided on the toilet issues and shut off valve. He arrived promptly on the day the water would be shut off to the building so he could do the job and went back later when the water was back on to check that the toilet problem was fixed. His price was reasonable, especially based on a few of the other quotes I receive. My tenant let me know the work was successful. I will use Done Right Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Thumbtack. I had a couple shut off valves that were corroded and unable to be turned off. I sent a message to Done Right Plumbing on a Friday and got a response very quickly. John wanted to come by and have a look at the valves. I was surprised that he was able to come the same day even though I wouldn't be home until almost 5pm. He looked at the valves, quoted me a fair price and said he could come back Sunday morning to fix them. He said the job would take about 2 hours. John came back Sunday at 9am and was finished by 11am. He did a great job, was very professional, friendly and fast.

I have 17 years experience in all types of flooring back splashes showers ect.. My husband is a licensed and insured plumber and together we make one heck of a team. We also have an amazing crew of guys. Some with 45 years experience.
