My tenant was out of town so John was nice enough to give me an estimate based on the information I provided on the toilet issues and shut off valve. He arrived promptly on the day the water would be shut off to the building so he could do the job and went back later when the water was back on to check that the toilet problem was fixed. His price was reasonable, especially based on a few of the other quotes I receive. My tenant let me know the work was successful. I will use Done Right Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

Had an issue with my water pressure inside the house and it looked like my PRV was no longer working. I went out and bought my own PRV and then they were at my house to install it about an hour and 45 mins later. Absolutely no complaints on my end, and would not hesitate to call again.

John was excellent. Quick initial response and availability. He was able to get right out there and diagnose the issue, which unfortunately for me was a water heater replacement, but then was able to come right back out the next day and get it taken care of, easy-peasy. He was on time to both appointments, and completely professional. I would hire him again. Thanks so much!
