What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both an upfront payment and a post filing payment plan. Our post filing plan is $0 down and then approximate $90 bi-weekly for a time depending on what your case requires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves scheduling a free telephone consultation to discuss your case with you and to determine if bankruptcy is right for you. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will send you a questionnaire and document checklist for you to fill out and return.
Once this is complete, we analyze your case to make sure bankruptcy is right for you and that you are receiving the most benefit you can from your bankruptcy. We also review everything to make sure it is accurate.
At this point, we provide your bankruptcy documentation back to you for a final review and signing. Then the case is filed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott and Glenn have over 30 years combined legal experience. We have filed over 1400 bankruptcy cases.
Scott was educated at Iowa State University for undergrad and at the University of Iowa College of Law.
Glenn was educated at the University of Washington for undergrad and went to law school at Arizona State University.
