They did a great job on our master bathroom shower remodel. They helped us pick up the right combination of shower and floor tile and it came out beautifully. The crew did great work with setting up and clean up. Shari was fantastic in answering all of my numerous questions throughout the process. I'm happy I chose them.

Shari & Shelby at Red Carpet Flooring & Design are the epitome of professionalism. This was our first big investment back into our home and neither my wife or I are very handy. Needless to say we were terrified going in to this process after reading various horror stories all over the internet of botched projects and/or projects ended up requiring thousands of dollars more than the original quote. I can not express how painless both Shari, Shelby, and their entire team made these past 2.5 weeks. Shelby came out on time to the initial appointment where he took the time to understand our general concept and to take the appropriate measurements. We then made an appointment to visit their showroom and pick out the tiling and cabinets we wanted to go with. During this time, Shelby's inputs were invaluable as neither my wife or I are very visual and often disagree on how things will look as it all comes together. From there on out we worked primarily with Shari. Shari is awesome. I personally am a bit of a numbers nerd, frugal to say the least, and even nit picked caulking at one point. Shari not only addressed my concerns in a positive manner, but she would often do so even if I shot out the email at 9pm on a Friday night. Shari reminds me of an orchestra conductor and is flawless in her ability to manage several crews, processes, deadlines, and client expectations all while ensuring that the client is never negatively impacted. I personally believe that word of mouth referrals are the best gauge of a business, and we have already referred two of our colleagues. We will also use Red Carpet Flooring & Design for all future home improvements.

Shelby was very professional, as were his crew members. They did a great job in less than the estimated time. The master bath remodel turned out great! We will certainly look to using Red Carpet Flooring for our future projects.

We did a demo and remodel of our shower and bath area in our master bathroom. We had several quotes from other companies and right away Shelby gave the best first impression. He also ended up having the most competitive price. The quality of the work was really great and Shelby was really easy to reach. We had some issues with our tile delivery and when there were delays I didn't even have to contact them. They contacted me to let me know what was going on. Even after the job was fully complete and paid in full we had a couple of items that we needed worked on and Shelby was still very prompt in getting back to me and getting the work complete. The only real issue we had was that during demo there was a lot of dust and they didn't put up plastic anywhere seal the bathroom off so the dust traveled from my bathroom on to all of the items in my bedroom including my bed. They also didn't do a lot of daily cleanup. Otherwise the job went really well and we were very impressed with the end result.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to be able to meet with the customer in person opposed to just quoting over the phone because every project is different. Each customer has a different budget and in order to give an accurate cost of the project, we need to be able to take accurate measurements and go over material options. There are too many variables and selections to make.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend every flooring conference we can to stay up to date with all new products and installation procedures.
