- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am normally below market price for almost all services. With over 20 years of experienced, I am fast and accurate. Plus the number of long term professional contacts I have helps me provide third party resource to my clients with great savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally start with a complete overview of the project to both make sure it's a project that we are comfortable saying we can handle and to provide the custom an accurate estimate for the time and money involved to do the product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an degree in Marketing Communication back in 1991. And participate in ongoing training from a variety of sources including Adobe Systems Inc., Quark Inc., Apple Inc., Seybold Inc., Pacific-Coast Software, PrimeNet Inc., Thunder Lizard Productions, GCA Corporation, Skill Path Training, Fred Pryor Seminars, SEMA conferences, Digital Summit and The Direct Marketing Association.
