FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for marketing services can get very complicated and thus we estimate each project on a case-by-case basis. Two of the biggest factors that go into a project price include the time we estimate the project will take and the software required to meet your business objectives. There are also other costs we consider like font licenses, stock photography licenses, travel expenses, media purchase costs for advertising, and legal fees for trademarking. For every new client we start with a general marketing and brand audit. This helps us and the client assess where they're at, what problems they're facing, where they want to be in the future, and what kind of budget they have to work with to get there. From this audit we put together a roadmap of marketing activities for 12-24 months that works for their business and particular situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple: 1. An interactive workshop with you to figure out your brand, goals, and strategy. Out of this workshop we develop a full implementation plan of deliverables, projects, and activities that are needed to move the needle for your business. 2. Then we execute: design, write, and advertise your brand. We go get you more and deeper relationships with customers. 3. Finally we analyze and optimize our efforts. We take stock of how things are going on a monthly basis, report to you our recommendations to make improvements, and then roll out optimizations to increase leads and conversions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marketing is an ever-changing field, especially digital marketing. While most of us have degrees in marketing, design, and communications we also have to keep up with the latest news, trends, and strategies. We do this through attending and speaking at conferences (including PHX Startup Week, Phoenix Design Week, WordPress WordCamp, and MarTech), taking digital skill classes from Google, Hubspot, and other industry experts, and of course reading hundreds of blogs and books each year.
