We offer and will bring out to your home (or business) all major flooring manufacturer's products. From Luxury vinyl planks (LVP), Laminate, Tile, and Engineered Wood. We also specialize in showers and backsplashes. We will also provide "Installation Only" estimates for those customers that have already purchased their flooring products. Zona Floors was created by bringing in the top project managers, installers, salespeople, and customer service personnel....all to form a flooring company that puts the customer first, and stands behind their work. We hope to have the opportunity to earn your business!

Zona Floors replaced our old porcelain tile, with new 2'x4' tile. Tom (owner) promptly responded to our request for an estimate - and we had a written, thorough estimate ready in a few hours. Our costs never deviated from the original quote, despite the fact that a few challenges were encountered during installation. The crew (Martin and co-worker) was punctual, hard working, and did a quality job. I would recommend Zona Floors to anyone, and Im sure we'll work with them again in the future.

Tom and the team at Zona Floors did an excellent job with removing old carpet and tile in a newly purchased home, replacing it with luxury vinyl flooring. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job without any issues. The end result is fantastic! I loved my experience working with Zona Floors. Everyone from their sales team to their installers are professional, communicative, and take pride in their work. They started y project on time, were detail oriented and didn't rush, but they also finished ahead of schedule which was incredible. So many contractors will over promise and underdeliver but this company went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way. Zona Floors was amazing to work with. The whole crew was outstanding! I got a large portion of my house done with Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. I will definitely use them again when I finish the rest of the house. I highly recommend using this company!

We purchased flooring and needed an installer. Zona provided a very competitive quote, it was comprehensive and was provided quickly. We were able to review the quote online and approve the quote, we were able to pay the deposit and schedule within hours. Zona installed in the time needed and provided a very talented installer, the installer was professional, on time, and completed the job in the time needed. We offer discounts for AARP Members, Military, First Responders, and Public service employees
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After setting the initial appointment, we bring out the necessary samples from major flooring manufacturers. We meet with the customer and discuss their wishes and needs. We walk the entire area with the customer. After performing laser measurements, we discuss particulars about the job. WE NEVER pressure our clients into making quick decisions on the spot! New floors are not something that you can return in 30 days if you "don't like the color!" Take your time, and we can come back to your home as many times as necessary until you are 100% ready to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 50 years of combined flooring experience from installation, sales, project management to customer service.
