Introduction: I have been a Personal Chef for over 20 years and certified as a Nutritional Practitioner, Behavioral Change Specialist, Sports nutrition specialist, and Sound healer giving me what it takes to strive for the best for every client and their individual needs. I support each client through their goals restoring wellness and longevity. I am proud of my achievements and encourage clients to regain value with great food and environment taking them to their highest achievements. I strive to coach my clients in behavioral change to take a deeper look within to get to the root and take the steps to make lifestyle changes for wellness that lasts a lifetime. I have worked with clients suffering from chronic illnesses, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, weight gain, weight loss, fitness goals, and mild mental disorders to establish good brain to gut health. I am happy to support each client through their individual journeys with big faith for success and new life long healthy habits and wellness. Sound healing is an important part of my practice that I feel passionately about. I invite new and existing clients to sound and vibrational healing to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, sleep issues, some symptoms of pain, mental clarity, ringing in the ears, and exhaustion. Sound and vibrational healing is deeply medicinal and awaken the senses restoring good intention.
