- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inline Electrical Resources waives all in-person estimating fees for all projects in which the client chooses to move forward. We also offer past client discounts and referral opportunities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really enjoy offering a consultative approach to any new project, big or small. Starting with the Why's, Where's and When's are important to ensure a successful project exceeding the clients initial expectations in most cases. This approach allows us to better curate a solution to the overall current situation and not just a band-aid for the specific problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians at Inline Electrical are trained to NEC 2020 and OSHA regulations and standards. Inline Electrical Resources believes in an on-going educational perspective where monthly and weekly trainings are held. In an ever evolving industry our staff is strongly encouraged to attend additional external trade classes and seminars on a regular basis.
