- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparency is important! I live by this motto and run my business according to this principal. Therefore my fee's are simple. I only take clients with ad spend of $2k/month or more. as this is the minimum I can work with to bring you positive ROI. My base rate is $1k/month + 10% of Ad spend ($1k + $200(10% of $2k/ad spend) = $1200/ month for basic plan ads management. If I cannot make your ads profitable I wont take on the account. I will do my due diligence to research and gather the data needed to verify that your business is ready to run paid ads. If you are not ready I can refer you to another agency that takes on startups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect: Schedule a time to connect with me by Zoom or phone call. Plan: I will create a custom action plan tailored for helping you achieve your goals. Launch: Your completely custom Google Ads campaigns can be live in as little as 7 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in some form of marketing/sales my entire life starting out working for my dad's wholesale tool company before i graduated high school. I then started my own business in 1998 selling online, I was there for the Ebay boom that resulted in my discovering "Yahoo Search Marketing" (you dinosaurs remember this) I was then advertising on the Google platform by 2004 as well as "Shopping.com". I could probably be a history teacher on the subject of digital paid ads :) A few short couple of years ago I was presented with the opportunity to work for Google Ads and attended what I refer to as "Google Ads University" where my education and experience really developed. I learned so much and was able to really "put the pieces together" as to what I already "thought" i knew and what I now understood. My unique experience I believe gives me an advantage in leveraging the gap between Marketer and Business Owner. I have truly been on the other side, frustrated and overwhelmed with building campaigns, knowing this was the path to success but always falling just short of realizing my true potential online. Today I use this as the #1 goal - "Realizing your Potential". No matter what the product or service you offer, if the quality, value & benefits are outstanding, so too should be your ROI in paid ads. - It really is that simple.
