I first contacted Kelly about 10 months ago to get in shape for my wedding. I had gained about 50 pounds and besides wanting to look good for my big day, I was feeling terribly embarrassed and uncomfortable with my body. I searched for vegan trainers online because I was also interested in switching to a plant based diet. When I read Kelly's story I knew she was just the kind of trainer I was looking for, someone who wouldn't pass judgment on my weight and would understand my struggles. The first time I met with Kelly my anxiety over being in a gym, surrounded by people in much better shape than me, overwhelmed me to the point of tears. Kelly was very kind and patient with me and worked with me until I could feel more comfortable in my own skin. I've lost 20 lbs since I started working with her and I know if I had followed her meal plans more strictly my results would be much faster. Besides the weight loss, when I follow her meal plans I find I have more energy and even clearer skin! My confidence has greatly improved and I actually enjoy going to the gym on my own now. Kelly has been an inspiration and has become a dear friend. I am very glad I contacted her to be my trainer and look forward to reaching my goals with her guidance!Jan 27, 2016

I couldn't recommend Kelly enough for any level of 1-1 or group sessions. I was able to lose 22lbs and 19 in. with 4.5% total body fat during my time with her. She's very easy to work with and after a few sessions you know that she has your best fitness interests at heart. With a wide variety of workout tools at her disposal including her life experience I felt very comfortable and confident of her capabilities during my time with her. Kelly is a great trainer. I saw her twice a week for 5 months and she was very helpful. As a vegan myself, finding a trainer that also is a vegan is very helpful. She was very helpful with workouts that focus not just on weight loss but also strength training and other important aspects in health. She was also helpful in creating food plans for me to follow. I still keep in touch with her on Facebook. I would highly recommend her over other trainers.Aug 10, 2015
Kelly is amazing! All you have to do is sign up and show up. It's easy to get results when Kelly plans the workout out in advance. She has been able to work around some injuries I have had for years and I have still gotten results!Jun 4, 2015
