George responded and arrived very quickly. Turns out issue found by buyer inspection was actually a non issue. George certified the previous repair that was done . Problem solved.

They didn't show up too early, and my lot was clean and back to normal by late afternoon. They did leave some materials behind but after a phone call to remind them they were picked up and gone by the next work day. Very pleased!

Oh man these guys are great. Dealt with George and he is just super smart and has a TON of great information that I truly didn't even consider before meeting up with him. I literally saved $900 based on his advice. George and his crew installed a new roof and I couldn't be happier with his pricing and my new roof. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, upfront pricing for all our projects. We aren't always the cheapest, but it's not about being the cheapest. I want my customers to be super happy when the job is done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call usually starts things, then we meet to see if we're a good fit. I always try to make clear the pricing and the process up front so there are no misunderstandings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Haag Certified Roofing Inspector and have been for over 4 years.
