- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the particular situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This will depend on whether the client needs regular Security Guard Service; Armed or Unarmed, or a Professional Executive Protection (EP) Agent. No one can possibly know a potential client's needs from a ThumbTack Inquiry. The only real way to understand the client's situation is a face-to-face meeting. We have on several occasions met with a client who thought they needed a Security Guard or Bodyguard and came to the conclusion that a Private Investigator or Lawyer could handle their particular problem. We are more interested in making sure you get the service you need than taking your money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our regular Security Personnel go through Training that is relevant to the position they will be working. We encourage our Security Personnel to pursue the Certified Protection Officer (CPO) Program through the International Foundation for Protection Officers and we reimburse all who complete the Year-long Course. A true EP Agent (Bodyguard) has received proper training through employment with organizations such as: - US Secret Service. - US Marshal's Service Witness Protection Program. - US State Department's Diplomatic Protection Division. - Major Police Department's VIP/Dignitary Protection Unit. - Private Security Company's Protection Services Division (PSD) in Iraq or Afghanistan At the very bare minimum, they should have received training through such Institutes as: Executive Security International or ISA Academy who train many UN Security Personnel. LionHeart Security has worked on numerous occasions with Corporate and State Department Personnel and protected US Governors, Senators, Celebrity Clientele, UN Personnel in hostile environments, and US Ambassadors and Diplomatic Personnel in Africa.
