FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair pricing and terms. We work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the end product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a discovery call or in-person meeting where we talk through your project, timeline, goals, and current business needs. From there, I help you shape the idea into a clear plan. We discuss what you want to build, who it is for, what problem it should solve, and how it should support the business. I also help think through how the project can create measurable value, including what ROI could look like and how we can track it after launch. Once the goals are clear, we define the scope, prioritize the most important features, and decide what should be built first. I like to move quickly, get the first version into the real world, collect feedback, and then improve from there. The goal is not just to complete a website, app, or software project. The goal is to build something useful that supports your business, serves your customers, and can grow over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training come from a mix of formal business education, enterprise technology experience, and years of hands-on work building real systems for real businesses. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, which helps me approach technology from a business and ROI perspective. I have also spent my career working across software development, data science, data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics, AI, and engineering leadership. I have worked with clients and teams across many industries, from finance and insurance to SaaS, web hosting, customer experience, and professional services. My background includes leadership roles at large technology companies such as GoDaddy and Genesys, where I led data science, machine learning, MLOps, cloud, and platform engineering teams. That combination is what shapes my work today. I understand the technical side, but I also understand that the goal is not just to build software. The goal is to create tools, websites, automations, and systems that support the business, serve the customer, and produce measurable value.
