- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and proper preparation required to do the job right. Estimates include labor and standard materials, with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects or bundled services. Any additional work is always discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an on-site consultation to understand the customer’s vision and assess the space. From there, I provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete all prep work properly, and keep the customer updated throughout the process until the job is completed to satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on field experience in grading, hardscape installation, and site preparation. I’ve worked on a wide range of residential projects and continuously improve my techniques to meet industry standards and local conditions.
