- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a tiered system based on the complexity of work. I offer 3 rates ranging from Bookkeeping, Managerial Accounting, and Business Controller Consulting services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a 1 hour in person consult to make sure we are a great fit for one another. This hour is crucial for understanding expectations , your business model, and potential challenges that may need some extra attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
