My credentials include honesty and reliable services. I have found in my career companies which were defrauding the bank, company records where an employee had embezzled funds. I try to incorporate controls in systems to prevent these types of problems. I like most coaching people in the fundamentals of understanding the systems or the reports so that the manager function can take the appropriate steps to move the company forward.
