- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plumbing 360 does not charge by time and material. We charge by the job you will get a price upfront in writing before we start any work. The benefit is catered to the consumer. If the job takes longer than expected you don’t pay a dime more. The management at Plumbing 360 uses a national pricing guide called Straight Forward Pricing it makes sense for both the consumer and Plumbing 360.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a service fee to get a technician out to you. Most companies build the cost of their service fee right into their pricing. We have jobs as low as $79 we can do this by not hiding the service fee. Also companies that give free estimates send commission based technicians. Who's best interest do you think the have? Yours of theirs?
