Introduction: The Railbirdz are a 4-piece rhythm, funk, and soulful blues band based in Tucson.
The musicians, who are the Railbirdz, are accomplished at their craft, and have been "doing it" a long time.
They play tunes that not many other bands attempt, slipping in tunes by Dave Weckl and Liquid Soul between funkified versions of Tommy Castro, Wolfman Washington, Bernard Allisson and Average White Band.
The Railbirdz will satisfy any crowd, from college age to baby boomer, and will keep the dance floor filled, and the bar busy.
