Even though I hate Arrowhead water, Arrowhead Air, LLC is a wonderful business to work with. Arizona summer is horrible and having my AC stop working in 112° weather is a nightmare. I called Arrowhead Air, LLC and I was throughout impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. Once they arrived they did their initial assessment of the AC and explained everything really well. I had to replace the AC and was shown the best AC within my price range. Arrowhead Air, LLC is a company that I recommend and would give them 5 starts any day.

Do not trust these guys. ALWAYS get a second opinion. Matt and his other coworker from Arrowhead tried to tell me we needed a new HVAC after charging me several hundred dollars for other “issues” previously. I had another company come out and they told me the HVAC is new (2024) and looks great. Long story short we had a smoky smell in our house when the AC kicked on last summer, so I called Arrowhead out here. They said I needed to get a new AC since the parts for a Midea AC are not replaceable. Luckily, I got a second opinion (Arctic Air) who said the smoky smell was caused by door insulation that wasn’t properly anchored so it was getting sucked up in the motor. He anchored the insulation for free and we haven’t had a problem (no smoky smell) since.
