Ryan came by the house between other jobs to do the initial inspection and troubleshoot. He got to the problem right away. After ordering parts he came back a few hours later to do the repairs and recharge. I inspected the work after along his side and found the work was clean and tidy. AC working great. Id call Ryan again and recommend him to anyone.

Guardian Air came to the rescue here in Sierra Vista, as my unit was not working at all.. I gave them a call and Ryan showed up. Within no time he found a massive leak that likely was there since original install. Took him no time to get it up and running. My A/C unit has been going strong since March. Thanks Guardian Air!

Ryan installed a new unit for my home when my previous one was on its last leg. He is super knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed (without trying to sell me on anything I didnt). He was also very nice and professional, and had everything up and running perfectly in no time.

Ryan from Guardian Air was available for our repair and responded quickly. He was upfront with the initial inspection/ diagnosis fee. After his inspection, he informed us of installation deficiencies and other potential issues with our unit. I didnt feel he was trying to upsell, just informing the customer. He had all the tools and parts on board his truck to complete the repair. Courteous, professional, and an excellent craftsman. I would hire this company and this gentleman again if needed and I would recommend him to others.

Where do I start? And if you are choosing your next HVAC tech/company based on reviews, I would read this on to the end. Like some of you reading this, I am a do it yourself person. So its rare I hire out for work but in this case, it was well worth the money to have a knowledgeable, nice, friendly person come to our home and service our Air Conditioning Unit. Ryan is honest and fair and as far as pricing, which varies per situation, I would say we got more than what we paid for. I say that because he wasnt trying to upsell us on parts or service. He saved me a great deal of time and as a business owner myself, time is money. Lets just say, Guardian Air is my new HVAC guy. And there is no better feeling when it comes to serious residential mechanical systems than knowing you got a guy. And one that will do it right. Sure, you can shop around, you would be remiss if you didnt call Guardian Air. 5 Star all the way.
