Patio or porch,
We hired BS&T to do a backyard project for us. John was amazing he did the concrete job we requested and went beyond to help us with draining in our yard. All of the employees were very professional and did a wonderful job. We will be hiring BS&T for a couple of future jobs for our homeAug 23, 2016VerifiedBlood Sweat & Tears Concrete's reply
Thank you Dianna.. We look forward to the next phase!
Jon was very prompt in responding to our inquiry about a concrete pad for a tuff shed. He provided a detailed quote with payment timelines and work timelines. He showed up to work when he said he would and was finished as fast as he arrived. He did quality work and the pad should last us a very long time. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing concrete work done.Dec 11, 2016VerifiedBlood Sweat & Tears Concrete's reply
Thank you Randy It was a fun project and a pleasure working with you!
BS&T Concrete did a fantastic job building my hot tub pad. They helped improve my design, were very considerate and professional, and took a lot of care to do the job beautifully and well. They even helped me relocate my drip irrigation line. I will hire them again for future projects and recommend them to my friends.Feb 6, 2016VerifiedBlood Sweat & Tears Concrete's reply
Dinah Thank you for hiring BS&T! It was a pleasure working with you.
I requested a bid from Jon. He showed up promptly, and listened and took notes on what I was requesting to be done. He followed up within 24 hours with a detailed bid explaining everything that was to be done, at a very fair price. Jon and his crew arrived promptly on a daily basis. They were the most courtious, polite team of professionals I have dealt with in over 30 years. The job was done to perfection, and on time. The crew cleaned up the entire worksite after completion. There is no question, I will continue to hire Jon and his company, Blood Sweat and Tears Concrete on all further jobs in the future.Mar 10, 2016VerifiedBlood Sweat & Tears Concrete's reply
Thank you Michael! I'm glad you are so pleased. The crew and I really enjoyed working with you. It was a pleasure :)
Jonathan was the 3rd and best quote I received on removing about 5 yards of concrete debris from a pool Reno...he stayed in close communication from start to finish and did the job quickly along with picking up some additional debris in the space. He had the equipment and that was a big plus! I am anxious to use him for some other projects involving actual concrete work.Sep 24, 2016VerifiedBlood Sweat & Tears Concrete's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I list all materials, labor, overhead and profit in a detailed estimate. Every site is different so I tend to shy away from going with a standard square foot price based on size alone. You will know exactly what you are paying for with a BS&T bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have the Client provide a brief description of job over the phone or via email, Provide an approximate quote for review, arrange site visit if bid is considered, refine design and clarify details, provide a firm estimate, sign contract, collect deposit, schedule project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Elitecrete and Stamp Store certified. Licensed with AZ ROC
