Josh poured a small concrete bad for us so we could install a new set of mailboxes. He was very prompt to respond, came out and gave us a bid and did the job quickly and professionally. We will definitely use him again!

Josh and his helpers did a great job putting external foam board insulation and stucco on the cinder block casita I use for a home office. Prior to the job my AC couldn't get summer afternoon temps below 95, now I can keep it at a comfortable 75. Rare for a contractor, Josh always showed up when he said he would. He kept in close touch with me by phone or text, always letting me know when he would be there. He worked long hours in terrible heat. He was always friendly, positive, and thoughtful. He bid the job flat rate, and he put in more time and care than I expected -- no corner cutting. The project was complicated and neither of us had done a job just like this -- we were using poly ISO foam board covered with a base of cement stucco and a topcoat of acrylic stucco. I wanted the cement base to keep the woodpeckers from hammering into the foam board. Before Josh, I talked with another stucco contractor who was going to hammer concrete nails to fasten the foam board and wire lath to the cinder blocks. Aside possible issues with fracturing the cinder block, the nails would have transferred heat through the foam board. So we ended up using special plastic anchors I ordered from Amazon. Each of 300 anchors required a 5/16th inch hole to be drilled in the cinder block. Josh cheerfully did it this way, even though it increased the work, and the final result is solid and there was no loss in insulation due to bridging. Josh came back a couple days after I paid him to clean up the site. I'm more used to contractors disappearing when it comes time for clean up. All in all Josh was great to work with and gave excellent value for money. I've overseen many home renovation projects with many contractors, and Josh made it easy!

Im most experienced in concrete, landscaping, and drywall. My partner is experienced in Painting, tile, carpentry, masonry. Together we get it done and do it with quality.
