They listened during the estimate appointment. When they arrived for the installation and door repairs, they were prepared with everything needed to complete the job. I was included at each stage of the work to confirm all was done as I expected. They finished at the end of the day as promised. The next day, I found some minor issues. They came back and put a few touch ups (paint), added some caulk to outside frame and a couple of long screws in door hinges.
